L&L WebWorks provides the following services:

• Intelligent Chatbot Solutions: Advanced conversational AI for customer support and business automation
• Business Process Automation: Custom AI-driven solutions to streamline operations and workflows
• Predictive Analytics & Insights: Data-driven analytics and business intelligence solutions
• AI Strategy Consulting: Strategic guidance for AI implementation and digital transformation
• AI Security & Compliance: Secure and compliant AI system implementations

All services are provided according to the specifications outlined in individual service agreements and project contracts.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during service engagement
• Cooperate with our team to ensure successful project delivery
• Provide necessary access to systems, data, and resources as required
• Pay all agreed-upon fees in accordance with the payment terms
• Use our services only for lawful business purposes
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You agree NOT to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Attempt to reverse engineer our proprietary solutions
• Share access credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use our services to harm, harass, or violate others' rights
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

Pricing Plans

• Starter: $250/month or $2,500/year - Basic AI Chatbot, Simple Automation, Email Support
• Professional: $500/month or $5,000/year - Advanced AI Integration, Custom Workflows, Priority Support
• Business: $1,000/month or $10,000/year - Full AI Suite, Predictive Analytics, 24/7 Support
• Enterprise: $2,500/month or $25,000/year - Custom AI Solutions, Multi-platform Integration, Dedicated Support
• Custom: Tailored pricing based on specific requirements

Payment Terms

• Monthly plans are billed in advance each month
• Annual plans are billed in advance annually with a 17% discount
• Custom projects require 50% payment upfront, with the remainder due upon completion
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Taxes are additional where applicable

Our Intellectual Property

All proprietary technology, software, methodologies, and know-how developed by L&L WebWorks remain our exclusive property. This includes but is not limited to:

• AI algorithms and machine learning models
• Software frameworks and development tools
• Business process automation methodologies
• Proprietary analytics and reporting systems

Client-Specific Deliverables

Custom solutions developed specifically for your business requirements will be owned by you upon full payment, excluding our underlying proprietary technology and frameworks.

License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services and any delivered solutions solely for your internal business purposes.

Service Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed with professional skill and care in accordance with industry standards. We guarantee:

• Services will substantially conform to agreed specifications
• 15+ years of software engineering expertise
• Secure and compliant implementations
• Ongoing support as per service agreements

Disclaimers

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, ROI, or performance metrics, as results depend on various factors beyond our control.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, L&L WEBWORKS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
• DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT PAID FOR SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
• DELAYS OR FAILURES DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory underlying the claim.

Both parties acknowledge that they may have access to confidential information. We commit to:

• Maintain strict confidentiality of your business information
• Use client data only for service delivery purposes
• Implement appropriate security measures to protect your data
• Comply with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Return or destroy confidential information upon project completion

Termination by Client

You may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice. Cancellation of annual plans may be subject to early termination fees.

Termination by L&L WebWorks

We may terminate services immediately if you:

• Breach these Terms and fail to remedy within 10 days
• Fail to pay fees when due
• Use services for illegal or harmful purposes
• Violate intellectual property rights

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all access to services will cease, and any outstanding payments become immediately due.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.

We encourage resolution of disputes through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
